Owen Jeffrey Walker is 5 years old at the time of publishing this book.

One evening when Owen was just 3 years old, his daddy was tucking him into bed when Owen said, “Can I tell you a story?” His daddy said, “Sure.” Owen then said, “Once upon a time, there were two butts, and they found treasure!”

Owen giggled so hard at himself, and his daddy laughed along with him.

When Owen woke up the following morning, he ran to tell his sister Ava of the story he made up. Ava, who was 5 years old at the time (she is 7 now!), laughed hysterically with him.

For the last 2 years they have never stopped laughing about Owen’s story The Tale of Two Butts. Seeing how much they love to laugh about this story, their daddy decided to take Owen’s short, one-sentence story, and fill it out so that it could be published into a children's book.
